For this month’s Muse, I decided to take a pinch of the colors suggested, and apply them to a bird painting. Birds are like art that flies, and I knew I would be able to find a bird that samples some of the colors of the Muse - - - and find it I did!

 

I like to create antique-aged metallic backgrounds, to give a sense of meaning and long life to the avian of choice.
